mSound™: Mindfulness-based integrative Sound Baths with optional Reiki therapy. Immersive wellness coaching that can include the 4 formal meditation practices - sitting, movement, walking meditation, and body scan as well as reiki therapy. Private and group sessions available. Sessions last approximately 60 & 90 minutes.
Sound & vibrational therapy uses sound, music, and vibration to relax the body and support physical and emotional well-being. Sound therapy can involve listening to soothing sounds, playing musical instruments, or using devices that produce specific frequencies. Singleton plays an array of bells, bowls, gongs, drums, insturments, and tunning forks while the participant is seated or lying down in-person or remotely, via Zoom.
