Singleton's Bio
Singleton is an integrative mindfulness-based life and professional coach as well as the founder of SeaView Mindfulness, based in Delray Beach, Florida. She has had a regular meditation and yoga practice since 2009. Singleton offers a variety of mindfulness-based courses to help people live better with life's “stressors” or challenges including anxiety, bias, loss, illness, insomnia, menopause, pain, stress, and trauma. She completed her teacher qualification in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) at the University of California at San Diego, School of Medicine, Center for Mindfulness. Singleton received her Master of Certified Professional Coaching Certification from Certified Life Coaching Institute (ICF Accredited). She also provides mindfulness-based coaching for people who would like support with self-compassion, career advancement and transition, bias and racial acceptance, and continuous practice opportunities for individuals who would like to more fully integrate mindfulness into daily life. Singleton is a Reiki Master Practitioner and completed her training through the International Center for Reiki Training. She also completed her Sound and Vibrational Therapies Certification at Meditate School of Mindfulness & Sound. Singleton loves creating integrative coaching experiences across all three practices mindfulness, reiki, and sound across all service offerings, if requested.
Singleton collaborates with health systems, companies, non-profits, physicians, and executives on mental health and mindfulness-based strategic initiatives including partnerships and wellness coaching. She is also an expert consultant leading healthcare, strategy, biz dev, partnerships, operations liaison & collaboration, and M&A, for part-time engagements.
Previously, Singleton worked at DaVita Inc, a Fortune 500 dialysis provider, and Deutsche Bank as a Manhattan based healthcare executive with experience including mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, and asset management. She holds a BA in Political Economy from Pitzer College and an MBA in Finance from Boston College where she was awarded the Wall Street Executive Fellows Full-tuition scholarship.
Her outreach focus includes mentoring and support for the homeless and food insecure. Singleton enjoys playing tennis, guitar, singing, learning Spanish, beach-time, cooking, and travel. She has traveled to 58 countries.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
MBSR is an 8 week program with an all-day retreat that includes:

Reiki Therapy - Usui Method Practitioner
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that supports healing. The term comes from the Japanese words rei, meaning "universal", and ki, which roughly translates to "lifeforce energy". Recipients are offered sessions sitting, lying down or via Zoom. Singleton places her hands near, or remotely, in areas that represent the bio-field of the recipient that may be blocked, distressed, or painful and channels positive and supportive energy. Sessions last approximately 50 minutes.
Sound & Vibrational Therapy
Sound & vibrational therapy use sound, music, and vibration to relax the body and support physical and emotional well-being. Sound therapy can involve listening to soothing sounds, playing musical instruments, or using devices that produce specific frequencies. Singleton plays an array of bells, bowls, gongs, drums, and tunning forks while the participant is seated or lying down in-person or remotely, via Zoom. Sessions last approximately 50 minutes.
Mindfulness Retreats
Half (3 hours) and full (6.5 hours) day retreats that incorporate the full range of mindfulness practices. Participants can unplug and luxuriate with the spaciousness of additional time for better awareness intention. Retreats are offered online and in-person and can be customized for a diverse array of target audiences. We welcome travel destination retreat opportunities.
